The deluxe villa I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a stunning beach view.

hotel is beautiful, pool is good and breakfast is very good.

We had a very nice stay for 4 nights. Our big-sized room was complete with nicely designed washrooms. - the balcony overlooking the garden resembled a tropical rainforest.

Beach

Very noisy rooms (loud air-conditioning, ventilation, sewerage, in room 604 it is impossible to have a rest and moreover to sleep because of the huge transformer behind the bed wall!!!).

we stayed in 7 hotels during out 17 day trip of Thailand. This was the best one. Great location away from the really busy part of town but just a few mintues in a taxi. Amazing pool. Excellent rooms. Eternity pool leads straight onto white sand and blue sea.

Relaxing and clean place, everything was amazing. The breakfast was sensational with real sausages, with plenty of nice options.

Our entire 11 days were perfect. The staff were attentive, happy and very obliging. When we first arrived we were upgraded however found that the hot water was not working within 10 minutes of advising staff they had maintenance people attending to the problem. The food was excellent and plentiful with quite a big choice. We especially loved the towel folding each day (into animals of all types), also a lovely touch often getting fruit platters left in our room. However the most special touch we thought was the turn down service each night - Thank you to all the staff we look forward to seeing you all again :)

We had not stayed in Koh Samui before and chose this Hotel due to it's beachside location - but when we explored the other end of Cheweng beach we did prefer the deeper water to swim in (outside Baan Haad Ngam the water was quite shallow) however this did not prevent much of a problem for us as we enjoyed our daily walks along the beach to swim and also enjoyed floating on our water beds outside the Baan Haad Ngam.

The staff here was very helpful and patient, taking good care of everyone by providing free shuttle service and laundry assistance.

The pool villa is just the most beutyful hotel room I ever sow. Perfect for a young couples on honeymoon or special vacation. The hotel is a little far away from the chweng center so it's quiet. The hotel send it's van to the center four times a day.

About nothing bad except it's a bit far away from the center but as I wrote earlier it's an advantage.

Room was nicely furnished and comfortable with spa bath that worked well. Staff arranged towels on bed in different manner each day which was a nice touch. Restaurant was nicely positioned on the ocean and breakfast had a good buffet. Parking was available in separate lot. Used the spa/massage and activity booking services. Landscaping is attractive with lots of greenery.

Pool is small and not many spaces around it so that by mid morning is crowded and no space. The beach finishes before the hotel and hence if you want to lie on the beach on seats or sofas you can not as beaches alongside are private. Would be a good idea if the hotel had an arrangement with another location to be able to use the beach. Rooms are not very private.

Wonderful relaxing hotel with sea views and genuinely professional staff. Peaceful and ideal location in Koh Samui, very close to the finest beach and wildlife. - Good food in the poolside restaurant nearby.

We arrived there on 29th June. When we first saw the reception we decided that this hotel is very good. We took superior double room, it was cousy and clean. Territory of the hotel is not very big, though very green and beautiful. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Everyday we found new figures of animals on the bed made of towels (crab, monkey, elephant, dinosaur and donkeys) which we loved a lot. We ate in Olivio reastaurant twice, it is good but a bit pricy. Breakfasts do not contain a huge variety, but they are nice. We went to massage near the swimming pool and liked it a lot, also near the hotel called MyFriend, which was very good. Also we would like to recommend cafe Dusk just near the hotel (when turning right on the main road), it is cheap and very tasty.

The beach is not very good due to low water.
